FIG SmartPower Limited

we are powering one million people by 2023

WE BELIEVE IT IS POSSIBLE! ACHIEVABLE! REALISTIC!

FIG SMARTPOWER

Located in the serene ultramodern facility in Lekki, Lagos, FIG SmartPower Limited is eradicating darkness and lightening up Nigeria through the provision of distributed solar kits. The company seeks to ultimately provide energy for the teeming population of the largest African country that has been living in abject darkness for several decades without any trace, sight and assurance of constant electricity.

The energy need of the ever growing population of Nigeria is endless. A country that boasts of about 193 million people (according to Worldometers) and an average of 21 million in Lagos alone, which is the most populous state in Africa, is not a place to ignore.

Nigeria survives on imported generators and by all standards, the weight, cost and disadvantages largely tell on the economy, government and people of the country. There is an urgent need to get power into the land so the people can truly maximize their potentials and improve their productivity capacity.

The commitment of FIG SmartPower Limited is to take renewable energy to the group least served and mostly in need of power through the provision of convenient and flexible options. As an organization that is people-driven, we are poised to make a lasting statement in the energy sector.

OUR COMMITMENT

An indispensable factor of production and economic growth is electricity  and that is what we have set out to provide with the plan to power one million people by 2023. WE believe it is possible.

OUR GOALS

FIG SmartPower Limited aims to lighten up a minimum of one million people in Nigeria by the year 2023.

TARGET MARKET

Rural and peri-urban households and businesses.

MARKET LOCATION

The target markets are scattered across the country. There are estimated 90 million people living without electricity in Nigeria.  There is another group of 100 million people that are under-served with power, having 2-4 hours of electricity every 48 hours!  Therefore, we hope to serve both the unserved and under-served population in Nigeria.  These figures are expected to increase over the years as the per capita income increases and the economic indices also get better. We will listen to the market and have a continuous R&D to keep meeting the needs of our highly esteemed customers.
